At Parfumestreet, we strive to provide 100% genuine premium brand perfumes and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is missing items from the package.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The seal must remain intact (if applicable).
- A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference issues
- Opened or used products
- Minor packaging dents caused during transit (if product inside is intact)
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@parfumestreet.com
- Provide your Order ID, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or provide instructions for return shipping.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the location is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, the customer may need to ship the item to us. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon verification.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
